This site promotes a luxury condominum complex set against the vista of Lake Michigan—on one of the last parcels of lakefront property in Chicago—in a culturally diverse part of the city.

The graphic approach mimics blackline printing; it's a strong, fitting solution for a site with the primary goal of winning the hearts of savvy buyers interested in the downtown location.

The navigation is accessible and intuitive and allows visitors to immediately dive-in to a structure supplemented by content that not only promotes the building, but also provides users with a good amount of information about the neighborhood.

We suspect that one of the more popular features is the View option, showing which views are tied to which floorplan. It's a unique feature that allows visitors to not only see the layout of each residence but the views that are available from each of the building’s 62 floors.

• Nine-month-long build.

• The site is a major component to a larger promotional campaign and was built in conjunction with outdoor and print advertising, brochure collateral, interactive videos and a full sales center.
