“The entertainment magazine Time Out New York asked me to design the cover of its ‘spring preview’ issue, which ran in late February 2013. The magazine asked me to reinvent my Beyond the Box poster. For me, spring is an explosion of colors: blossoming flowers, paper windmills and kaleidoscopes. My visual concept drew inspiration from all of those things.”
