Education: BA from the University of Art and Design in Helsinki.
First big break: Waiting for it.
Influences: I’m inspired by Northern European culture, nature and my daily surroundings.
Work environment: The Pencil Factory in Greenpoint and a ceramic studio in Cobble Hill. For some magic reason, I have always shared studio space with amazing people who are doing great work.
Technique: Crafty with digital distortions.
Philosophy: Do it yourself.
