Duration: Thirteen years; six years working in this new style.
Staff: Two.
Education: BA Pepperdine University, Art Center College of Design drop-out.
Cultural Influences: Chinatown, my grandmother?s living room, mini malls, Ed Ruscha, suburbia, the desert, bad food, Bruce Connor, mid-century civic building interiors, Richard Misrach, fluorescent light and music of eastern, Latin, African, jazz and dub roots.
Environment: I work together with my wife-to-be, Rae Scarton. We concept, design and produce all pictures together in an environment that is open to any and all possibilities. Our priority, with any assignment, is developing a concept that is compelling with a touch of subtle humor.
