When is the deadline?

Deadline: December 15, 2008.

How do I enter a Web site?
Simply include the URL. All Web sites will be viewed online between December 15, 2008 and March 13, 2009.

Can I send compressed files?
Yes, we accept SIT and ZIP files.

My project is a downloadable application. Can I submit it as a Web entry?
No. Downloadable applications must be entered as a disk-based entry. You will need to copy the application to a CD-ROM and mail it to us.

Can I send screen dumps alone?
No. Because this is an interactive competition it is important that the judges view your project in its interactive form. Entries must be either a stand-alone application or be viewable in a web browser. Entries that can not be presented this way should be submitted on video tape. "Stand-alone" means no additional software will be needed other than what you have submitted.

Will my project be presented with stereo sound?
Yes. If your project takes advantage of CD-quality stereo sound, it will be presented to the judges with the appropriate hardware.

I have separate applications that together make up my project, will they all be viewed?
The project must be viewable from one main application. If there are multiple applications on your disk, please note which one is to be used as the main interface.

Where do we put creative credits?
Creative credits will be requested if your work is chosen for inclusion in the annual.

When will we know if our entry was chosen?
If your entry is chosen we will notify you on or before March 31, 2009. Because of the number of entries we receive, we can only notify people whose work is accepted.
